WebinarJam: Integrate a 3rd Party Tracking System

Adding Your Code to WebinarJam or EverWebinar

Now that you have your tracking codes from Facebook, you can add it to WebinarJam or EverWebinar.

Go To Integrations (Marked #1 Below). 

Click the pencil beside "Integrate a 3rd party tracking system."

NOTE: If you are using your own registration page, you must add your tracking code to your page.



In the new window you can add any type of tracking code you'd like, to any of the pages listed below!

Registration Page Tracking

If you're planning to embed the registration form on your own website, do not paste the tracking codes here. Instead, paste it directly into your website.

Registration Form Tracking

The tracking code will go straight into the registration form itself, not the registration page. This works for programs like Upviral, Wicked Reports and other programs that collect data from the form.

Post-registration Thank You Page Tracking

If you're using a different type of registration page, you may need to add the code on their thank you page instead of here. This means Clickfunnels and LeadPages.

Webinar Live Room Page Tracking

The tracking here only works in the live room. This doesn't work on the waiting page.

Replay Page Tracking

Insert replay your tracking code here.


In the image below you can see the Facebook Pixel code was added to Registration Page (Marked #1 Below). The Wicked Reports tracking code was added to the Registration Form, which is the popup that appears upon registration (Marked #2 Below). Google Tag Manager Code was added on the Thank You Page. After you've added all your tracking codes, be sure to press Confirm (Marked #3 Below).




Creating your Unique Link

WebinarJam and EverWebinar create custom URLs with the user's information to help track your viewer. So, a specific URL for your Thank you page is not possible, which seems to conflict with the fact many tracking programs require a URL in order to create tracking code. 

Fortunately, most programs use terms like, "Contains" or "Starts with". You'll use one of those terms, or a similar option, and use your link as follows. 

Please be sure to use httpS.

Note this is the secure version. HTTPS needs to be used when creating tracking codes.

Getting your Member ID and Webicode

Go to "My Webinars" then find the webinar you want to use.

You'll see four circle icons. To get the your Member ID and Webicode you want the "Advanced Settings" (Marked # 3 Below) and shaped like a sprocket.


Under Advanced Integrations

In the pop up that appears, choose the third option "API Custom Integrations."

You'll see your MemberId. This is your Member Id within WebinarJam. Next is the Webicode, which is the identifying code for that webinar.  You'll need both of these for your links
