Campaign: Checking the Stats of Your Sequences

Kartra.com

Keeping track of sequence metrics is an essential way to improve the success of your campaigns. Kartra provides analysis of how your sequences are performing.

From Active Leads to Subscriptions and Unsubscriptions, Kartra provides a detailed look into the metrics of your Sequences. This data can be used to help you decide how you will market or communicate with your audience going forward.

How do we check the data?

Sequences Analytics

Broadcast analytics are located by going under My Campaigns on the left sidebar (Marked #1 Below), then Analytics in the upper menu (Marked #2 Below), and Sequences in the secondary menu (Marked #3 Below).

Here you are presented with the performance of your Sequences. Below you will see a graph with the most recent data captured from the Sequences you have initiated. The graph populates data by default from All Sequences within the Last 30 Days. However, you can use the filters above the chart to tailor the display to present the specific data you would like to see.

Filtering Data

The first filter is choosing Global or In Detail data. We’ll look at Global Data first.

Global Data

When you select Global (Marked #1 below), it displays data for all Sequences.

The second filter is choosing a specific Sequence, or all of them (Marked #2 below). When you filter your results by a specific Sequence, your data is narrowed to reflect its performance.

Also, you have the Time filters. You can choose a predefined time frame from the third drop down menu (Marked #3 below). You also have the option to enter a specific date range by:

  • Clicking the Advanced Filter icon (Marked #4 below).

  • Select a date range in the fields that popup (Marked #5 below).

  • Click the blue Go button (Marked #6 below) to generate the results.

You can also isolate, or compare, the trend of Subscriptions, Unsubscriptions, or Revenue. To do so, ensure that the corresponding bubble at the bottom is checked and the other bubbles are unchecked (Marked #7 above).

Crunching the Numbers

While the graph provides a visual of your Sequence’s performance, the chart below it provides you with the hard data.

The top row gives the name of the column that it sits above (Shown above). Clicking on the data in the columns will provide you with more info on the category.

  • Sequence = The name of your Sequences.

  • Active Leads = The number of active contacts.

  • Today = The number of members added and/or removed from the list today.

  • Yesterday = The number of members added and/or removed from the list yesterday.

  • Revenue = Money made by leads in the list

  • Subscriber Value = Average of money spent by subscribers.

In Details

The second filter page is In Details. Filtering this way allows you to see the data from specific parts/steps in a specific sequence. First, from the top row, you will select the sequence you want to review from the drop down menu (Marked #1 below). Also, you have the Time filters (described earlier in Global Data).

The second row provides you with tools to view your sequence:

  • 1st button = Main sequence, used if sequence broken into steps/parts (Marked #2 below).

  • 2nd button = Arrange steps horizontally, or vertically (Marked #3 below).

  • 3rd button = The Zoom Out/Zoom In, to see more or less of the Sequence (Marked #4 below).

  • 4th button = Expand/Minimize, used to Expand the Sequence Map or minimize it back to the default (Marked #5 below).

Some Sequence maps may extend further on the page that can be displayed at once. To see more to the left or right, use the scroll bar at the bottom of the page (Marked #6 above).

Crunching the Numbers

While the graph provides a visual of your Sequence’s performance, the chart below it provides you with the hard data.

The top row gives the name of the column that it sits above (Shown above). Clicking on the data in the columns will provide you with more info on the category.
