I Can't See or Hear the Webinar

If you are having trouble hearing or seeing the webinar, you may want to refresh. Fortunately it's as simple as pressing the blue reconnect button in the dark bar at the bottom of the screen.

If you don't see it, go to the right, click Hide to change it to Show, and the footer will show allowing you to refresh!

The Webinar is Blurry

If it is blurry for you, YouTube automatically adjusts bandwidth. You may have too much going on in the home. Someone watching Netflix, or HULU, or playing Xbox, or Pandora or Spotify etc... or videos on pause in the background. Shut off all programs in background and it should clear up for you.

You can also press the refresh at the bottom of the screen, as mentioned above or on Attendee Refresh

I Can't Chat

Chat may not be enabled.  If it is, you will see a box at the bottom of the Control Panel is a box that says "Write Your Message Here" as displayed below. If chat is turned off, the chat box will be missing.

Also make certain you have Cookies enabled. Read how to Enable Cookies

 

I see "Chat room is full"?

Some webinars are very busy, and if there are over 1000 attendees, the chat can become very resource heavy and prevents you as a viewer from having the best experience. The limit was added to retain the quality for all attendees.

I Can't Message the Admins

Mouse over the "To Everyone" if that is the only option then the Administrators may have it set up so all messages are public.

I Don't See a Raise Hand Button
I Requested to Speak

If you don't see the Request to Speak Button as displayed below, the administrators have the feature turned off.  Even if the presenters have the "Request to Speak" turned on, they may not invite you to speak.   

If they do decide to allow you to speak during the webinar, you must have:
