EverWebinar - How to Use an External Video Source

This article is for: Legacy EverWebinar Users (Customers who joined prior to Sept 2017)

While WebinarJam owners can enjoy the convenience of being able to quickly import their WebinarJam sessions into EverWebinar, EverWebinar is designed to convert almost any video into an automated webinar.

This means you can use a Webinar created on another program, a slideshow presentation you video taped, whatever it is... if you have it on YouTube, Vimeo Pro, Amazon S3 or a few other video hosting sites, you can convert that video into an automated webinar.

By adding chat, offers, polls, and more and setting up a schedule, you can create a simulated experience to appear as alive webinar or live event to increase engagement with anyone watching on demand and those built-in social triggers increase conversion in your marketing.

Using an External Video Source

First off, you need to flip the switch to EverWebinar at the top right.  Then Click New Webinar.  You'll be taken to the EverWebinar Configuration Screen as displayed below.

    1. If you use something other than YouTube, you will be using the EverWebinar custom player which will remove the YouTube Logo, and the Pause from "live webinars"
  4. Add the Duration of your video in Hours Minutes and Seconds. (Marked #4 Below)
