WebinarJam - Can I get a list of my registrants or attendees?

This article is for: Legacy WebinarJam Users (Customers who joined prior to Sept 2017)
 
Yes, you can get a list of your registrants and attendees from your webinar!  You can even choose which session, who attended live, or the replay, or purchased a product.
 
NOTE: You will only see the Analytics for "All Sessions", previous webinars, or for your next upcoming webinar. To see which attendees are in upcoming webinars, select "All Sessions" and compare it against your other sessions.
 
  1. Select Analytics from the Right tab. (Marked #1 Below)
  2. Choose the Webinar (Marked #2 Below)
  3. And the Session (Marked #3 Below)
  4. Next Click the Down Arrow beside "Registrants & attendees" (Marked #4 Below)

    The Next steps will help you choose specific attendees for Reports or How to Email Attendees.

     
  5. If you want to see "All Sessions" change the first drop down (Marked #5 Below) 

    From the next Drop Down Menus you can choose Attendees who attended the live session, attendees who attended a replay, those who bought and other options.

    NOTE:You will only see the Analytics for "All Sessions", previous webinars, or for your next upcoming webinar.  
     
  6. After setting your drop down menus to show what you want, you can press "Export Current List" to get a downloadable Excel file (Marked #6 Below)
     
  7. If you need to resend an email to a group, then select the group from the drop downs, then press "Email All" (Marked #7 Below)
     
    NOTE: If you wish to edit or create a new email, you will need to set up your own SMTP.
     
  8. To email one person, delete them, or edit their information, find them on your list and then click the appropriate icon, a description will appear on mouseover.

    NOTE: You can use this step to send yourself notifications as your attendees will see them. Just be sure to register for your webinar first! (Marked #8 Below)
