Campaign: Checking the Stats of Your Lists

Keeping track of List metrics is an essential way to improve the success of your contact/lead groups. Kartra provides analysis of how your lists are performing.

From number of leads to subscriptions, Kartra provides a detailed look into the metrics of your list. This data can be used to help you decide how you will market or communicate with your audience going forward.

How do we check the data?

List Analytics

List analytics are located by going under My Campaigns on the left sidebar (Marked #1 Below), then Analytics in the upper menu (Marked #2 Below), and Lists in the secondary menu.
 


Welcome to your Campaigns Analytics page! We’ll start with your Lists. From here, you’ll be able to see all of the data regarding your Communications Lists, all in one easy-to-read chart!

Filtering Data

The first filter is choosing the List name (Marked #1 below). When you select a name, it limits the results to the data that corresponds what that specific list of contacts.

Also, you have the Time filters. You can choose a predefined time frame from the second drop down menu (Marked #2 below). You also have the option to enter a specific date range by:

  • Clicking the Advanced Filter icon (Marked #3 below).

  • Select a date range in the fields that popup (Marked #4 below).

  • Click the blue Go button (Marked #5 below) to generate the results.

You can also isolate, or compare, the trend of Subscriptions, Unsubscriptions, or Revenue. To do so, ensure that the corresponding bubble at the bottom is checked and the other bubbles are unchecked (Marked #7 above).

Crunching the Numbers

While the graph provides a visual of your Lists’ activity, the chart below it provides you with the hard data. The left column displays your Lists.

The top row gives the name of the column that it sits above (Shown above). Clicking on the data in the columns will provide you with more info on the category.

  • List = The name of your lists.

  • Active Leads = The number of active contacts.

  • Today = The number of members added and/or removed from the list today.

  • Yesterday = The number of members added and/or removed from the list yesterday.

  • Revenue = Money made by leads in the list

  • Subscriber Value = Average of money spent by subscribers.
