How do I Reconnect my YouTube? Or Change to Another Channel?

This article is for: Legacy WebinarJam Users (Customers who joined prior to Sept 2017)

 

 

Early 2017 Users

This Section applies user who ONLY have JamSession.

You can't connect to more than one YouTube at a time, but you may want to change channel, or in some cases reconnect your account to YouTube. You can also use these steps to confirm what YouTube channel WebinarJam is connected to currently.

 

To Reconnect YouTube

If your YouTube disconnected from WebinarJam, you will need to reconnect it.

Select "New Webinar" from the left sidebar. 

  • Click the pencil beside "Connect Your YouTube Account." (Marked #1 Below)

If you see the button is red, that means WebinarJam is no longer connected to your YouTube.  If it says Connected, look under the connected button for the email connected to your YouTube Channel.

  • Click "Connect YouTube" (Marked #3 Below)

 

 

To Change to a New Channel

Select "New Webinar" from the left sidebar. 

  • Click the pencil beside "Configure Webinar Provider." 
  • Under the connected button. you will see the Channel email connected to your YouTube Channel.  
  • Click the "Reset" beside to reset and you will be able to choose another Channel.  (Marked with an arrow Below)
