I set up my Email, but No Notifications are Going out!

This article is for: Legacy WebinarJam Users (Customers who joined prior to Sept 2017)

While you may have added your name and email to settings, you may have missed the crucial step of adding emails. 

Emails are not added automatically.  We have 3 sample emails created, but they have not been added as you might wish to edit them, or not use certain ones.  

To add your emails: 

  • So Go to Notifications (Marked #2 Below)​
  • Then ​Click Add Email (Marked #3 Below)
  • Once you have added an email, a blue box will appear to the left with the time the email will go out.  (Marked #4 Below)
