How to Enable Third Party Cookies

This article is for: Legacy WebinarJam Users (Customers who joined prior to Sept 2017)
If your chat doesn't work, your control panel and attendee links don't work, or your replay links do not work it may be a cookie issue.  Please check out these instructions to help you.
 
In Google Chrome

Enter this in the url window
 
chrome://settings/search#cookies
 
And it will direct you to this page.  Click the Content Settings button.
 
 
 
 
Make sure the settings are as follows:
 

In Firefox

 
Visit Preferences> Privacy
And make sure your settings are as follows.
 
 
 

In Safari 

 
Visit Preferences>Privacy
and make sure your settings are as follows
 
 
 
 

In Internet Explorer

 
Click on the Tools gear icon in the upper right, then navigate to
Internet Options> Privacy, and make sure your settings look as follows
