WebinarJam - Error Message: "We have no replay for this webinar"

This article is for: Legacy WebinarJam Users (Customers who joined prior to Sept 2017)
Did you visit your replay and see the following message?

"We have no replay for this webinar...
It seems like no actual live session has been conducted yet!"


Why does this error message show?

The most common issue is not following the correct login procedure.  These steps must be followed in this exact order or the webinar will not be recorded on WebinarJam.  (However you may be able to find your webinar on your YouTube)

FIRST the webinar owner must login to the LiveRoom link.  This must happen before anything else.  

WAIT until the Start Broadcast button loads in the bottom center.

Then click the webinar, and choose the session from the dropdown BEFORE clicking "Enter Room."  Now you can login to the control panel link or invite other presenters.  

AFTER the above, wait until time for your webinar to start, then click the Start Broadcast button.

How to Fix Your Replay

Check your YouTube, then you can go to the replay tab and you can configure the replay contents to a Custom video and add your YouTube URL.    

  • Click Custom Video (Marked #1 Below)
  • Add the YouTube URL (Marked #2 Below)
  • Add the duration of the video (Marked #3 Below)
  • Then Click Confirm (Marked #4)
